Hermes 18th Floor Terrace :
Courtyards that play a vital role in the penthouse.
The Hermes Garden Tower represents a new approach to green spaces. In addition to incorporating lush greenery within a magnificent garden, it also had to convey a sense of modernity and luxury to truly capture the audience’s attention.
This terrace offers a complete experience of luxurious living in the heart of Tehran’s skyline. Designed to create harmony between aesthetics, functionality, and a connection with nature, it beautifully reflects the modern lifestyle and refined taste of its residents.
Central Courtyard of the Firouzeh Mansion:
Reviving the grandeur of the past
The central courtyard of the Firouzeh Mansion is the beating heart of this renovated historic home, now transformed into an architectural office. In this courtyard, the old ficus tree still stands tall, serving as a symbol of endurance and life, and became the focal point of our design. The restoration of this courtyard, while preserving the spirit of the past, provided an opportunity to breathe new life into the space by revitalizing and enhancing the existing greenery.

A beautiful greenhouse at the entrance
People, from past to present, have always loved—and continue to love—spaces that connect the interior of a home with its intermediate and exterior areas. A home is not merely a shelter; it is a living space—a “living space of humans over time.” Bringing glimpses or symbols of outdoor life into the inner spaces—and the more intimate and private the interior, the better—demonstrates a spatial richness that is characteristic of Iranian architecture.
It is widely recognized that the presence of flowers and plants in human life always brings freshness, vitality, and energy. This continuity of presence can be observed in any beautiful home across cities in Iran.

Green Landscape of Hamkaran Office
Viewing a green courtyard from within the office space can have a significant impact on employees’ mood and productivity. A scene filled with living plants, natural light, and other natural elements helps reduce stress, improve focus, and increase job satisfaction. The presence of greenery within direct sight provides a visual breath, giving employees a sense of calm and renewed energy, even during high-pressure workdays.
Moreover, a thoughtfully designed view can also enhance the company’s visual and professional identity. A green courtyard at the edge of the office symbolizes vitality, a commitment to environmental well-being, and care for employee welfare. This green landscape not only serves as a beautiful space but also subtly fosters a more positive organizational culture in the minds of both clients and staff.
