A Brick Tower with Everlasting Greenery
The lobby of the North Tower, which also serves as the main entrance to the complex, was designed with an Iranian architectural approach, incorporating traditional elements executed with a contemporary design. The tower façades feature terraces with double-layered planters, centrally irrigated and controllable from the rooftop. Although the planters were added to the façades after the building’s completion, all the infrastructure was smartly designed and implemented to ensure easier maintenance in the future. In other words, we believe that plants are an integral part of the tower’s façade and should not compromise its structure or design, nor should the plants wither.
Sepand Green Wall :
Vertical Greenery as a Stone Alternative
The large green wall of the Sepand building is located in the lobby, immediately capturing the visitor’s attention and creating a sense of calm and vitality in the environment. Covering an area of 50 square meters, this green wall houses over 2,500 plants across 15 species, with a planting design featuring intertwined and curved lines that reflect the beauty of nature.
In luxury buildings, one of the key factors in increasing property value is the quality of the lobby and its elements. One feature that enhances this quality is the presence of natural spaces within the lobby. The greenery in this area brings a small piece of nature into the building, softening the connection between people and the space as they enter.
Hermes Pool Green Wall :
The Fusion of Natural Elements
In the design of the area surrounding the Hermes Tower pool, a dense and visually striking green wall has been installed, capturing the attention of many visitors. Beyond its aesthetic role, this green element has become a key feature for photography and project presentation, bringing a sense of freshness and natural tranquility to the space.
The intelligent combination of plants, water, and large-scale design creates a memorable and impactful visual. This green wall is a successful example of integrating modern architecture with living nature, engaging not only the viewer’s eyes but also their mind and emotions.
Hedish Mall Green Wall :
A Tall Tree in the Heart of a Well
The Hedish Mall green wall is recognized as the tallest indoor green wall in Iran. It stands 21 meters high and 6 meters wide, featuring a rich variety of plant species. These include Silver Aglaonema, Scandens, Weeping Fig, Chamaedorea, Dracaena Compacta, Spathiphyllum, Anthurium, White Aglaonema, Black Aglaonema, and Schefflera, totaling 5,670 plants. The remarkable diversity and sheer number of plants create the impression of a dense forest, visible across different levels of the building. Visitors are often captivated by the lush greenery, taking the freshness with them, photographing it, and sharing their experience.

The hydroponic green wall marked a new development in bringing greenery to vertical surfaces, capable of reintroducing nature into interior spaces. Combining the hydroponic green wall with air purification was a technological innovation that expanded the applications of green walls. After targeted testing and evaluation, this design has been refined and is now offered as portable bioactive green walls.

In traditional architectures such as Iranian, Japanese, and English styles, incorporating elements like water—through ponds, streams, rivers, and other features—alongside gardens and green spaces has always held special significance.
